Stephen Barron founded ÆGIR Consulting after working for 15 years with the Government of B.C., the last five of which was as a liquor inspector in the City of Vancouver with Liquor Control and Licensing Branch. He understands the complexities of the processes involved in liquor licensing and is able negotiate the different levels of government involved in the licensing process. He is adept in all aspects of licensing, including enforcement and compliance issues. He also has assisted clients in every aspect of their business, from relocation of liquor primary licenses to new applications for food and liquor primary licenses.
Stephen understands and adeptly navigates the many challenges faced by operators of hospitality businesses in BC, and has successfully managed hundreds of liquor licensing projects.
